Parcel Forwarding Services

After several undelivered packages from parcel forwarding services I decided to start a blog about my experiences. So what led me to use a parcel forwarding service? Envy. Before learning of parcel forwarding services I would quite often look at the cost of products overseas and be quite envious of their low prices. Now what led me to start a blog about parcel forwarding services you might ask. Well it's simple - Anger. I was tired of not knowing if I would actually receive my package on time or at all and to add insult being overcharged for the privilege. Now that I'm thoroughly addicted to shopping online and overseas I think I should help other people and review the parcel forwarding services I am using. Although I will give good descriptions of my experiences and will name the good parcel forwarding services I won't be naming the bad ones for legal reasons. Thanks to Sara I've found the first Parcel Forwarding site I'll review www.shipito.com.

  2. Your blog sounds very interesting. I'll be sure to check in often to see if you've reviewed any other parcel forwarding sites, I'm always on the prowl for cheaper and quicker services.

    Have you tried using http://www.priceusa.com.au/
I've used them twice and things have gone well.

  3. I have used shipito 17 times. Most times it has been alright but if you have a problem they get very defensive and really lack customer support. I have stopped using them as they charged me double the cost last time and would not help resolve the problem. Most of my other packages were ok. If customer service was better I would have stayed. I will try another service now.

    1. I haven´t met as unpolite and unfriendly customer service as addressgermany.com. Yes they are doing job well, but what a service. I have using them 2 years, and they closed my account (several threats before) my account for asking about late-fee invoice they´ve created to me as I didn´t pay on the same they for shipping service. There have been tons of issues with them. They don´t diserve client´s money.

  5. Stay away from XB Ship they tried to charge me $158 to ship 3 pairs of shoes to Australia after their cost estimate tool on their web site came up with a figure of $47. I have had merchants charge $17 for 2 pair and $14 for 1 pair. I have lost the money I paid as I refuse to be ripped off.

  6. Here’s a workaround I use........

When you sign up with BPM, you get local shipping addresses in 6 countries.
Drop points include: USA, UK, Germany, France, Belgium and Luxembourg. You then use these for buying from whom you want, regardless of where the seller ships or not.

You then have all your purchases combined into one, even from the different countries, and use the parcel mail forwarding service to have everything sent home in only one shipment, wherever you are in the world!

Membership for renting these addresses and using the service is only 5€ per month.
You can check it out on http://www.bpm-lux.com

  13. I want to warn people about www.AddressGermany.COM. They are not a forwarding service, more like a package modification service. I received a package it appears as though the original contents that I have ordered have been taken out and replaced with low quality alternative. They did not use the shipping services they described instead used a cheap alternative and charged for full DHL rate plus levy. I have been completely scammed.

  14. I know that my friend, who's now in India, uses www.Parcl.com to get stuff from Germany and the US. I haven't heard about this site before, it's not a traditional package forwarding service, it's something like a community where you can find someone who lives in the country where the shop is located. Do you think it's worth trying? I'm hesitating.
